At some point in our lives we can experience times when we feel overwhelmed or cannot cope. Needing help is a healthy part of being human, asking for support shows courage and strength.
Whatever the situation or problem you are facing, whether you are worried, depressed, confused, feeling bad about yourself, coping with unexpected change or crisis or just wanting to make some changes in your life, it can be helpful to talk things over, in confidence, with an understanding and impartial professional. Living life is much more than just being alive. You can choose to jump in with both feet. Wisdom awaits you in the depths.
The right way to wholeness
is made up of fateful detours
and wrong turnings.
Carl G. Jung

The aim is to provide you with tools to live in a more satisfying and resourceful way. Is a therapeutic relationship based on trust; confidentiality is paramount to successful counselling.
Committing yourself to the sessions and talking through difficult experiences (if you feel the urge to do it) will release the traumatic energy that is held in your physical and emotional body, this will significantly reduce anxiety.
Counselling creates a space that enables you to see issues and problems more clearly facilitating positive changes and healthy solutions.
It helps to overcome feelings of depression, sadness, and have a more positive outlook on life. It tackles areas such as fixed negative thinking, self-sabotaging habits and withdrawal from people and your own emotions.
It’s also helpful with more general underlying feelings; dissatisfaction with life or loss of sense of direction.
